At TheCherryStopShop, every item is created especially for you as soon as you place an order. This "made-to-order" model helps us reduce overproduction and waste, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

As each piece is made specifically for your order, we encourage careful selection. However, we accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, and we are happy to facilitate exchanges.

We accept returns on these items within 28 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: new, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues Quality is our top priority. Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at contact@thecherrystopshop.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a free replacement or issuing a full refund.

How to Start a Return To start a return or report a damaged item, please contact us at contact@thecherrystopshop.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 days.
